Plan ahead. Nothing slips through.

Schedule posts, reels, stories and videos for any date and time across all 13 channels. See everything on one month calendar. If something goes wrong, the system flags it — a stale three-day-old "Happy Friday" post will never go out on Monday.

How scheduling works

  1. Compose your post — pick channels, write per-channel captions, attach media. Same compose box for social posts, reels, stories and long videos.
  2. Set a date and time — or leave it blank to publish immediately. The scheduler runs every 60 seconds, so a scheduled post fires within a minute of its slot.
  3. Watch it land. Each channel confirms independently. If Instagram succeeds but X fails (expired token, rate limit), you see exactly which channel had the issue — and a Retry button to fix just that one.

The content calendar

Every post across every format — social posts, reels, stories, long videos — lands on a single month grid, colour-coded by status:

  • Scheduled — waiting for its time slot.
  • Published — confirmed live on the platform.
  • Failed — the platform rejected it. Retry available.
  • Missed — the slot passed the grace window. You decide whether to publish or skip.
  • Draft — saved but not yet scheduled or published.

Click any day to open a drawer listing every post on that date — truncated content, status pill, channel icons, media thumbnails and a link to the live post. Month navigation, status filters and brand filters are all client-side over a single data fetch, so the calendar loads fast and stays responsive.

A scheduled post never fires late

This is a deliberate design decision. If a post misses its slot — the API was down, the server restarted, the token expired — LigiComms does not silently fire it when things recover. A three-day-old festival greeting is worse than no post at all.

  • Grace window: The system allows a 30-minute window after the scheduled time. Within that window, the post still goes out.
  • Past the window: The post is flagged as Missed and you decide — publish now, reschedule, or skip.
  • Retry budget: Each post gets up to three automatic retry attempts with backoff. After that, it is escalated for manual review rather than retried indefinitely.

Drafts and approval workflow

Not every post is ready to go the moment you write it.

  • Save as draft — park a half-finished post without scheduling or publishing. Come back to it from the Drafts tab on any list page.
  • Edit, then publish — reopen a draft in the compose page, polish it, and publish or schedule when ready.
  • Content approval (Pro plan): When enabled, a submit → review → approve cycle sits between draft and scheduled. A contributor writes the post and sends it for review. A reviewer approves, requests changes, or reassigns it. Only approved posts can be published — so nothing goes live without a second pair of eyes.
