One upload. Six platforms.
Upload a single vertical video and LigiComms publishes it as an Instagram Reel, YouTube Short, LinkedIn clip, Pinterest video pin, Telegram video and X media post — each formatted the way that platform expects, with its own caption and hashtags.
How it works
- Drop your video into the compose box. Any vertical MP4 — we validate the format, duration and file size before anything else happens.
- Pick your channels. Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram and X all support short-form video. Select the ones you want and skip the rest.
- Write per-channel captions. A tweet stays within 280 characters; an Instagram caption stretches to 2,200; a Pinterest description tops out at 800. Each gets its own editor with a live character counter and hashtag cap.
- Publish or schedule. Post now, or pick a date and time. The calendar shows the reel alongside your regular posts, stories and long videos so nothing clashes.
Where your reel lands
| Channel | Format | Caption limit | Hashtag cap | Media |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reel | 2,200 chars | 30 | Required | |
| YouTube | Short | 5,000 bytes | 15 | Required |
| Video post | 3,000 chars | 5 | Optional | |
| Video pin | 800 chars | 20 | Required + cover image | |
| Telegram | Video message | 1,024 chars | 30 | Optional |
| X / Twitter | Media tweet | 280 chars | 3 | Optional |
Caption limits and hashtag caps come from each platform's documented API. LigiComms trims at publish time so every post stays within bounds — even if you paste a longer caption, it will never be rejected by the platform.
What happens behind the scenes
- Hashtags go first. The publisher reserves space for your hashtag block, then trims the caption body to fit — so hashtags are never cut off.
- Pinterest gets special treatment. A video pin needs a board selection and a cover image. The compose page asks for both as soon as you pick a Pinterest channel. The video is uploaded through Pinterest's three-step async flow (register → stream → poll), not a simple URL.
- X media upload is chunked. Large files go through X's INIT → APPEND → FINALIZE → STATUS pipeline, with configurable chunk sizes and poll intervals. If transcoding fails, you get a clear error — not a silent drop.
- Telegram caption cap is lower on media. Telegram allows 4,096 characters for a text message but only 1,024 for a photo or video caption. The compose counter switches automatically the moment you attach media.
- Credits and retries. If a channel charges per post (X does), the wallet is debited before the platform call. If the call fails, the credit is refunded immediately. If the post times out after the platform accepted it, it's escalated for review — never blindly retried.
Recommended video specs
- Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical). This works natively on every short-form channel without cropping.
- Resolution: 1080 × 1920 pixels.
- Codec: H.264 in an MP4 container — universal compatibility across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram and X.
- Duration: Up to 3 minutes works on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Keep it under 60 seconds if you want maximum algorithmic reach on both platforms.
- File size: Under 100 MB is safe everywhere. Telegram's cloud Bot API caps at 50 MB; the others accept much larger files.
