Post, broadcast, and close the deal.
Most social schedulers stop at posting. LigiComms keeps going — import your contacts, score and auto-assign leads to your team, track every deal on a visual Kanban board, and see where your pipeline leaks. A CRM built for teams that also run their own social media and messaging.
Contacts — your audience and your leads in one place
Every contact holds a name, email, mobile number, WhatsApp number, business name, budget, timeline and requirement — everything a rep needs to qualify a lead without leaving the page.
- Add manually — one contact at a time from a quick form, or let them come in via WhatsApp.
- Import from CSV or Excel — a three-step wizard maps your file columns to contact fields, previews the first ten rows, and imports. If something goes wrong, roll back the entire batch — contacts that haven't been messaged yet are removed, ones already messaged are kept.
- Seven lead statuses — New, Contacted, Not Picked, Interested, Not Interested, Converted, Junk. Change a status from the table row itself — no modal, no page reload.
- Tags — predefined, reusable labels created from Pipeline Settings. Tag a contact, tag an entire import batch, or filter the list by tag.
- Side panel — click any contact to open their full detail view: business info, notes and call logs (timestamped, auto-logged status changes and reassignments), and a "Convert to Deal" button when they're ready.
Lead scoring — know who to call first
Instead of treating every lead the same, let LigiComms rank them for you. Define scoring rules — each rule adds or removes points based on a field, an operator and a value:
- Example rules: "Has a WhatsApp number = +20", "Budget above ₹50,000 = +30", "Source is Imported = +10".
- Automatic scoring: every contact is scored as soon as they're added. Change a rule and hit "Recompute" — every score recalculates instantly.
- Three tiers: Hot (70+), Warm (30–69), Cold (below 30) — visible as a colour-coded badge right in the contacts list.
Auto-assignment — no manual spreadsheet shuffling
Turn on auto-assignment from Pipeline Settings, pick an algorithm, and incoming leads get distributed across your team automatically.
- Load-balanced distribution so no rep is overloaded.
- Max leads per rep cap — once a rep hits their limit, the next lead goes to someone else.
- Score routing — route hot leads (above a configurable threshold) to a designated top performer.
- Score tier rules — map score ranges to roles (e.g. 70–100 → Senior, 0–30 → Junior).
- Department filter — limit the assignment pool to a specific department (Sales, Support, etc.).
Pipeline — a Kanban board for your deals
Once a contact is interested and qualified, convert them to a deal. Every deal lands on a drag-and-drop Kanban board where your team tracks it to close.
- Custom stages — create, rename, reorder and set a win probability per stage. Won and Lost are always present.
- Drag-and-drop — move a deal between stages by dragging the card.
- Mark Won — record the final amount and any advance received.
- Mark Lost — pick from a predefined lost-reason master list, or type a custom reason.
- Pipeline KPIs — open deals, total pipeline value (₹), weighted forecast (value times win probability), and win rate — always visible above the board.
- Search, filter, sort — by text, owner, time range, value or "stuck first" (deals with no activity).
- Tags — the same predefined tag catalog used by Contacts, applied to deals for grouping and filtering.
Cold pool — stale leads don't disappear
Leads that go stale, reach the maximum number of contact attempts, or are marked as not interested don't just vanish — they move to the cold pool, where a manager reviews them.
- Recycle — send a contact back to the active queue, optionally assigning them to a specific rep for a fresh approach.
- Bulk operations — select multiple contacts and recycle or delete them all at once.
- Five statuses: Exhausted, Stale, Not Interested, Junk, Converted — each filters independently.
Lead funnel — see where your pipeline leaks
The Lead Funnel page answers four questions every sales manager asks:
- How many leads do we have, and how many did we actually contact? — total leads, contact rate, interested count, conversion rate.
- Where are leads dropping off? — a visual funnel shows the drop between each stage, with hatched bars for the leak.
- Which source and which rep performs best? — side-by-side breakdown by source (Imported, WhatsApp, Manual) and by team member.
- Where are leads getting stuck? — average days spent in each stage, so you know which step is the bottleneck.
A leak alert fires automatically when there's an uncontacted backlog — leads came in but nobody reached out.
Why it matters that the CRM is built in
A salon owner posts on Instagram, broadcasts a festive offer on WhatsApp, and gets a reply from a potential customer. In a typical setup, that reply lives in a messaging tool, the customer's details go into a spreadsheet, and the follow-up lives in someone's memory. In LigiComms, the reply lands in the Sociobox inbox, the customer is already a contact, the follow-up is tracked in the pipeline, and the AI writes the next post about the service that customer bought. One tool. One login. Nothing falls through.
